Adolescence is often an emotionally intense and complex time. Many teens, in an effort to cope with difficult feelings, turn to strategies of control and avoidance—approaches that, while understandable, often do more harm than good.
This workshop will explore a different path—one supported by research. Rather than resisting or suppressing emotions, teens can learn to recognize them as valuable sources of information. By tuning into the “messages” their emotions carry, young people can begin to make more informed decisions, build deeper relationships, and foster emotional well-being.
Join us as we examine practical ways to help teenagers access and use their emotional experiences in constructive, meaningful ways.
We hope you can attend!
