The RFT Primer Lecture serves as an introduction to Relational Frame Theory. Folks interested in learning Relational Frame Theory, which is a theory of learning and language that underpins ACT, often get lost in the technical jargon involved. The aim of this workshop is for participants to walk away with some useful RFT-driven strategies and perspectives to try out in their clinical work. Through use of metaphor, exercises, and case examples, Brian will focus on clinical application of this powerful model.
